Tuition for the 2026-2027 Season

Tuition for our ensembles is as follows:

Symphony Orchestra: $360 *Due in Full by October 4, 2026
Philharmonic Orchestra: $335 *Due in Full by October 4, 2026
Preparatory Orchestra: $315 *Due in Full by October 4, 2026
Jazz Academy: $180 (Season is Jan.-May)‍ ‍*Due in Full by January 31, 2027

D‍eposit:
A $35 deposit is required for enrollees which will be applied towards tuition.

Billing:
‍**Deposits & tuition are billed via Quickbooks. You will receive an invoice from ETYO via email.

Financial Aid

We’ve been blessed with strong supporters who believe, like we do, that everyone should be able to participate. Don’t let finances stand between you and a wonderful musical adventure!

Tuition assistance is available is two forms:

1 . Tuition Assistance Awards(depend on demonstrated financial need and available funds)

a. Tuition awards are given for 25% , 50% , or 80% of the tuition for the student’s assigned ensemble.

b. Full tuition award requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Tuition Payment Plansthat allow you to break up your tuition into manageable payments

‍ ‍Preparatory, Philharmonic & Symphony Orchestras‍ Forms Due September 20, 2026‍

‍ ‍Jazz Academy(and Spring Semester Orchestra students) Forms Due January 11, 2027

‍ ‍The Balance of Tuition minus deposits & tuition assistance awards is due:

October 4, 2026 for Orchestra Members
‍ ‍*unless you have submitted and received confirmation of an ETYO Tuition Payment Plan.‍ ‍

January 31, 2027 for Jazz Academy Members and Spring Semester only Orchestra Members ‍
‍ ‍*unless you have submitted and received confirmation of an ETYO Tuition Payment Plan.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
1. Financial Aid recipients are asked to serve as the stage crew for one concert.

2. Award recipients are expected to be faithful in their rehearsal and concert attendance.

3. It is best to fill out both the Tuition Assistance form -and- the Payment Plan form.

4. Tuition Assistance requests can be considered only after all materials have been received.
